I have a rescue dog. He's been with me for a few years now.
Last night I said "karate" and he went nuts! As excited as I've ever seen him.

Googled best protein drinks this afternoon because working out and old folks need moar protein than you young pups.

Figured you were already pounding the ensure a couple times a day.
In college, when I was lifting like crazy, I drank something called mega mass a couple times a day. Bought it in 20 lb bags. You can also go to a local locker and get a few pounds of beef Jerky.
Edit: Got stuff at GNC, get amino acid pills to go with it. It will help you absorb the protein, one side effect though. Your urine will become fluorescent yellow though.
We haven't hit the grocery store for nearly two weeks outside of a quick drop-in to grab milk. I actually have empty shelves in my fridge right now.
Ive had to get a little creative with a couple meals, but I like being able to see everything when I open the door.

I remember dropping a co-worker off at his apartment back when we were both in our early 20s. I opened his fridge and there was only an empty case of Coors Light and 6 packets of Taco Bell hot sauce.
That's it. It may have been the most bachelor thing I'd ever seen.
I think even in my most poor college days I managed to accumulate some ketchup, mustard and jelly.

Tomorrow's mission is to go rent the graduation garb. Double-checking that deadline today was probably a good idea.

I've never been the biggest fan of summer baseball/softball. Not just personally because of the time suck during prime vacation time, but also for the kids, especially the seniors. If they go deep into the playoffs, they have...2.5 weeks?...before they're off to college.
But, it's a week like this that you're probably happy for the summer.
