CF strongest man

Thanks.

I was talking about the bench and clean. I don't think i have gone up in either in about 8 months (i lift 5 or 6 days a week).

I actually started doing a new workout call Crossfit and it can be found on the internet and all the lifts are unconventional without ever touching a machine and I have got a lot stronger and more flexible all around.

Maybe try something different than your usual lifts b/c it sounds like you have maxed out and need a change.

did your squat max drop a lot when you first started doing it this way because we just started this and i lossed almost 60 pounds from my max
No, i have had this coach since i was a freshmen and that was when i started lifting so nothing but up for me...

These were my numbers last summer before my senior year of football. Not too great but I was never one of those natural lifters.

Bench - 185
Squat - 300
Clean - 225

6'3" 180 lb receiver and safety

i like your hieght alot...add a good 15 pounds of muscle and if your a beast on the field then you will get some looks

first of all going below 90 degrees is terrible for your knees. I missed my senior basketball season for knee surgery due to tendonitis from a combination of things, but below 90 degrees is awfully tough on the knees, according to ISU's team Dr. and the guy who did surgery on my knee. Dr. Greenwald.

Sr. year of hs. 6ft 180lbs
Bench- 260
Clean-255
Squat-375

I squat all the way down because I had knee surgery. It helped me regain flexibility and strength. As I said I don't do any weight though; well sometimes I do, but I don't do 50 reps then..

Note I'm not a doctor, but I did spend the night at a water park once.

be serious now who can lift the most in the following lifts
Bench
Squat
Clean
feel free to add any other lifts
I used to powerlift...long time ago. I made a choice 8 years ago to become an endurance athlete and now do IronMan Triathlons. I couldn't even guess what a bench max was...those numbers are so far from my mind. I can tell you wattage, heart rate, calories burned, etc in a 56 mile time trial on my bike.

Thanks. I'll look into it

Tank - if you were around with James Reed then I probably worked out with you some. He was a freak in the squat rack for sure. Doug Densmore could always squat a house too. Impressive for a smaller guy. It was always fun watching Reed give up his lunch while running gassers too.:biglaugh:

Is this guy a member of CF?

I'm 15 years old 5-6, 120 lbs, I'm kinda small, and ok at lifting can lift over my body weight easily. I play football and basketball so I'm like the modern day Rudy where everybody says I'm to small cause I'm playing kids 6-4. But I don't give up and just keep fighting.
