The most I've benched is 235, weigh 200.
Never had access to weight equipment growing up so that is all I can quantify.

Hey it takes me about 30 mins...Exactly! Those numbers I posted were all when I was 20-22 years old and now I'm 31 and have had 2 knee surgeries, my joints hurt when it gets cold and it takes me at least 10 minutes in the morning to be able to get moving.
Bench - 210
Squat - 315
Clean - 175
Dead - 350

Thats whats our coach does too.when you guys squat do you have your legs at a 90 degree angle or do you go further down. our new S&C coach has us go so our butts our 6 inches above the ground.

that kinda seems like alot(i lift 5 or 6 days a week).
did your squat max drop a lot when you first started doing it this way because we just started this and i lossed almost 60 pounds from my maxThats whats our coach does too.
