Kinda sounding like Holiday Bowl, which sucks because I won't be able to go! But it's stall an awesome bowl!

What is cheapest route to San Diego people have found?
Yeah, but after costs of the 6 hour drive thatd almost be a wash.
Dont know what i'm doing yet for travel. May fly, may drive a group. Doing that as a drive though depends on having at least one or two people who can stand doing really long stretches of driving without going insane.
I found O'hare to LAX at $350 roundtrip... granted it is much more inconvenient, but it is about $150 cheaper than anything else I have found
Just looking at how this BCS may shake out is another reason I am moving more and more to only following ISU sports and not wasting my time with other teams.
my current assessment - If KSU and OSU are in BCS, ISU goes to san diego
If only OSU is in BCS, ISU goes at large
Sounds to me like Mizzou a lock for pinstripe either way.
I wonder why they came up with top 16. Top 10 makes sense (5 bowls, 10 spots, if a non AQ team is in the top 10 they can get a spot), but top 16 forces the bowls to take a team over several more qualified ones.
If you travel with 3 other people that is 600 dollars saved on flights....I think you can drive back and forth for 600 dollars....ALSO I may or may not have cheap rooms in Vegas due to my less than profitable trip recently
Hopefully this year they finally close the hole and bar non-champions from competing in the title, especially against their own conference.
I've never been a proponent of playoffs, but if we're going to ignore the theory of 'the regular season is a playoff' and allow a title game rematch with a non-champion, we might as well go to a playoff because we're ignoring the regular season anyways.
Because you have top 14 to be an atlarge you had to make that number close to that
