How Boomer Saia & women’s tennis became one of the best stories in Iowa State history

Spoke to Boomer Saia yesterday for what was one of my favorite stories I've gotten to write. The turnaround he has led and is leading is insane. I hope you all enjoy it:

Iceland Trip

As long as we are going for recommendations---any recommendations for Iceland?

I'm going for 2 weeks in June. We are renting a car and doing the entire Ring Road. Other than a whale watching trip, we don't have anything planned. We hope to find things as we go. Anything we shouldn't miss?

Door County Trip

Since this is turning into a travel forum….

Wife and I are doing a long weekend in early June for our 10th anniversary. One night in Sturgeon Bay, 2 nights in Sister Bay.

Our plan is to basically bike around the peninsula as well as Washington Island over 3 days. 50-60 miles each day, with plenty of stops at bars/wineries/breweries as well as hitting up spots like Peninsula State Park, and Whitefish Dunes/Cave Point Park too. At night we’ll go out in the aforementioned towns.

Just looking for some recs, tips, and advice from folks more seasoned with area. I went twice in grade school (early 90’s) and my wife has never been.

Scotland trip

I'm planning trip to Scotland next year in September. We'll be there 14 days. So far we have reservations at a B&B in Pitlochry and plan to get tickets to the Braemar Gathering. We also have reservations for a one day group tour of a few Outlander filming locations. Edinburgh and Inverness are two areas we will definitely travel to and stay in or near.

Any other suggestions for where to stay, what to go see or what is not worth it? Experiences you've had? Suggested coats/shoes? For some reason people seem to really focus on that, but IMO it seems like a good waterproof jacket is needed.

Virgin Islands Trip

Hey all, my friends group is starting to look for a vacation spot for next year. One of them refuses to leave the US but we think we have her talked into the virgin islands or Puerto Rico. Anyone have any insights/thoughts? None of us have been so wondering if it's worth it/any recommendations. TIA.

Grass killer product for use near a well

Managed to pick up a property that needs work and has significant and well established grass growth in the paved driveway and cement pad areas. Are there any products out there to kill the grass off effectively once I’ve got it cleaned up? All areas are within 25 feet of well head used for water to the property So cannot use products like Round Up. What’s my best option (aside from burning it down)? Bonus if it’ll kill weeds too.
