What supplements do you take?

THE BIG UNIT

Multi vitamin and whey protein for recovery after workouts. Lots of debate on the effectiveness of multi-vitamins, but I feel better when I take them. Maybe it's just a placebo effect, but Dr says it can't hurt.
You end up peeing out 90% of the vitamins but what you do absorb is more than you would have without them. Vitamins can only absorb so fast so the biggest thing is people say it's a waste of money but like I said if you're getting anything out of them it's better than nothing.

Multivitamin
Enough D3 to get my 25-hydroxy # in the 60-80 range
Magnesium taurate
K2
CoQ10
Omega3
kelp tabs for Iodine
and Redmond salts

I am 35 and take a men's multi-vitamin and fish oil. Before I started taking this regimen, I found my joints to ache quite a bit. Since taking this regimen, my joints don't ache nearly as much as they used to. I would also say activity level is probably the same.

I also do a protein shake on days where I lift weights.

Krill oil (Omega-3, etc)
REMfresh (Melatonin-time release)
Multi-vitamin (Men's 50+)
D3 (mainly in the winter)

I mainly shoot for a modified Mediterranean diet. Just had a lipid panel and BMP blood test and everything was in optimum range.

Fish Oil
Vitamin D
Multi vitamin (my kids take gummies so I take two of theirs too)
Magnesium
Also, I got rid of my morning tea/coffee, so first thing in the morning I drink a large cup of warm water with a tablespoon of black strap molasses mixed in.

This combination really helps my muscles relax. I find my back get really tight when I stop. I started this regime (sans black strap molasses) years ago when my back seized up and I just happened to read this article. It really helped.

I take a lot of medications unfortunately and some necessitate additional vitamins.

Multi-vitamins
Most of the Bs
Inositol
D3
CBD
Turmeric
Quercetin

Nugenix really seems to advertise on the radio a lot.

Honestly I did that at first and noticed it helped a little. However, the prescription stuff is night and day different. It's a ton better. It moved my levels up dramatically and was well worth the extra money I invested. It runs about 100 a month. However, even a little more in your system is valuable if you don't have the money to do the 100 a month prescription stuff.

How bad was the ankle break? I broke my ankle badly a few years ago. Your body will never let you forget that injury
It wasn't very severe. As in didn't require surgery or screws or anything like that. It was a pretty lengthy recovery though. Injury occurred in mid-May and I was in a boot until mid-July. Physical therapy followed and it did not seem like my body was ready to move correctly until the end of September. I am just now finally feeling like I can lightly jog on it again. I had no idea it would take so long, especially considering the non-severity of the break.
