What supplements do you take?

I started taking vitamins when covid started (no cave necessary). I saw that many folks are deficient in D3 especially in the winter months and it may help along with zinc. So I take a multi, D3 and zinc. I need something to support what little testosterone I have - any suggestions?

I feel like she was even taking a folic supplement with the prenatal. I think the prenatal was maybe even a two pill combo.

Yep, mine is as well. A 2 pill series prenatal with fish oil, choline, folic acid.

I take a lot of medications unfortunately and some necessitate additional vitamins.

Multi-vitamins
Most of the Bs
Inositol
D3
CBD
Turmeric
Quercetin
Do you take b complex?

Been having vertigo issues, and while I wait for a diagnosis I’m guessing it’s vestibular migraine.

Fish oil
B complex
A couple of magnesium
D3 year round cuz Oregon
CoQ10

Hoping they help with this vertigo bs.

Is there a website that's reliable that can tell a guy what supp's he needs? I thought about starting a thread related to this a while back. I am really glad someone started this.
I listen to Huberman Lab a lot but if you aren't a podcast person I'd recommend just talking to your doc.

Just whey isolate on days that I lift. Other than that I try to get lots of veggies.

I've been eating a lot of tuna lately for lean protein and omega-3/6 fats (an 8 pack of those starkist packets per week). Plus they're easy for lunch. Two packets, some (real) mayo and a little seasoning and you have tuna salad that's high in protein and good fats. Add a cup or so of broccoli with a little ranch dressing and a Coke Zero. Sometimes I take a little less broccoli and add sweet peppers or cauliflower. On days I don't have tuna I usually have summer sausage or whatever protein is leftover from dinner.

I'm trying to get testosterone but I can't seem to test 2 times in a row low. First test was like 200(low) then the next week it's always like 400(normal). I have to test low twice or insurance won't cover it.

Vit D and multi vitamin on/off.

For years I discounted the advice to drink 64oz of water a day. I started that first of year and have seen benefits- reduces muscle aches. But biggest benefit is I snack less between meals. Without changing diet much or exercise have lost 10 pounds in 9 months.

Since I don't exercise, have settled in at 48oz of H2O so that I am not relieving myself too much.

Bought some vitamin D and going to go to the store and get a bunch of tuna to have for my lunches. Good info in this thread.

Awesome job. Most people don't realize how important hydration is and how much better you feel when you are properly hydrated. I started drinking at least 60oz. about a year ago and feel way better. At first I had to piss like every 20 minutes but now I'm used to it.

You learn a lot about hydration when you run. When I trained for a marathon I literally pee'd clear.

Recent studies have shown that the diuretic effects of coffee, tea and soda have been overstated. After a short period of adjustment, your body is able to make use of the water in those beverages and it all helps hydration.

I take B12 to keep the metabolism going (or maybe it's just mental).

I replaced cream with ginger and cinnamon on my coffee a couple of years ago and those have some potentially good benefits.

Echo on how much drinking water regularly can help at least feel better along with the benefits.

Flintstone vitamins lol

On a serious note - The only vitamin type thing I take is the Citrus flavored Airborne gummies when I feel a cold coming on. I eat the **** out of them, like an entire bottle in a couple days, I eat them like candy.
