What supplements do you take?

I take B12 to keep the metabolism going (or maybe it's just mental).

I replaced cream with ginger and cinnamon on my coffee a couple of years ago and those have some potentially good benefits.

Echo on how much drinking water regularly can help at least feel better along with the benefits.
I put ginger, cinnamon, and chia seeds in my oats. Always top them off with walnuts and blueberries. I used to eat a lot of salmon but I can’t justify the price at the moment. Walnuts however are free if I want to do the work, and cheaper than salmon if I don’t.

Awesome job. Most people don't realize how important hydration is and how much better you feel when you are properly hydrated. I started drinking at least 60oz. about a year ago and feel way better. At first I had to piss like every 20 minutes but now I'm used to it.

Does a Liquid IV every day count as my 64 Oz?

The drinking thread got me to thinking about my overall health and wellness. I currently take a multi-vitamin, fish oil, and recently started taking magnesium as I struggle with anxiety and have read it can help with that. I've been thinking about also adding in a vitamin D supplement but haven't done that yet. Are there others out there that could be beneficial? I'm not talking prescription diet pill crap you see in Requiem for a Dream that get you addicted, but more natural supplements.
A Vitamin B super complex, Vitamin D, sometimes take fish oil.

Thats a pretty good list, especially once you add vitamin d. Magnesium is extremely underrated. make Sure to avoid magnesium oxide as it is the least absorbable form of magnesium.

I need to take something but I’m at a loss.

I can’t eat all fruit and certain grains because I’m allergic to them. I get worried about the good vitamins because most of them are derived from “natural sources” and I don’t want to make things worse by ingesting small doses of fruit derived products.

I’ve never actually been told what’s in fruit makes me allergic to it, just that I am. Not being able to eat fruit and grains like barley and rye make my diet kind of ****. I’ve never like veggies much because I wasn’t always allergic to fruit.

What’s the best kind of fish oil?

If you want way more information then you ever thought you'd need.

I take Nordic Naturals ProOmega 2000,

I would be curious the exact diagnosis that prohibits you from eating “all fruit”. Fruit are widely varied biologically and I can’t think of any reason you would be allergic to “all fruit”. I’m not an allergist though so it certainly could be right but that just seems off.

I'm trying to get testosterone but I can't seem to test 2 times in a row low. First test was like 200(low) then the next week it's always like 400(normal). I have to test low twice or insurance won't cover it.

My levels are 800-1050 right now and I’m 48. If you are running at 2-400. That’s normal for a male above 40 but still sucks. You really should just buy it and get your levels up. It’s a crazy difference in quality of life.

Allergy tests are what’s prohibiting me. I was tested for the fruits/ grains below and came back positive for all of them listed. It was a range but this is everything is was tested for. The explanation that was given to me was that my seasonal allergies were so bad they transitioned to food. I can’t do fruit, beer and have to watch myself around stuff like Clif bars and such.

On top of this I’m basically allergic to everything they test for but dogs and dust mites. Literally everything green.

Apple
Banana
Barley
Blackberry
Blueberry
Cantaloupe
Orange
Pineapple
Raspberry
Rye
Strawberry
Watermelon
Wheat

Negative for:
Bakers Yeast
Rice
