I don't think so. I think it could easily be added on to with wings going east/west connecting concourses, and seats added in front bowling in the whole north end.
It could not. Unless it were dragging the treadmill with it. Still need air over the wings to achieve lift.

Any plans I've heard about have involved the Olsen building being razed, but not the Jackobson building.
There are kind of three aspects I believe, that could be done separately or combined.
1. Athletic performance and office building in the current footprint of the Olsen building.
2. Connecting the concourse through the Jackobsen building.
3. Permanent seating where the hillsides are currently.

That’s not a conference culture thing, it’s a Mike Stoops thing.
I’m with you- Imo it would be a big missed opportunity to not enhance the NEZ while doing the next project (performance center) in the area already. Why not keep the Olsen and add structures on each side of the Jake, integrating all into a NEZ? More expensive upfront, but cheaper overall. I’m a dreamer.

look how steep the lower deck is on Arkansas stadium. With Jack Trice had a steeper incline on the lower deck. It would put the upper deck closer to the field and make it a more intimidating environment. For an engineering school, they did mess this part up (yeah, I know the engineering school didn't design the stadium). yeah it would seem the Jacobson Building would be in the way of anything they would try to do in the NEZ. It's an ugly building anyway, especially to have it plopped down in our end zone. It doesn't look like it should be part of a football stadium.
