basically the shock jock threw out Ricky Stanzi's name as someone that knew DJK was doing what he was doing. total bs move to associate anyones name with that situation if you don't know for sure. So Rob howe basically just called him out and called him a shock jock. It was basically true. I hate the hawks but that guy just earned my respect.
What happened with John Walters? I know that he bashed John for announcing Iowa-Mizzou before everyone knew but I never heard anything after that
He also told Walters that Fred hoiberg was basically a horrible hire right after they announced Fred as coach. Walters basicallly just went after him and it was a huge arguement.
I actually thought Rob Howe was out of line. Dude runs a website (correct me if I'm wrong) and claims to be part of the media but then tells Matt P. that he isn't part of the media. Also, Rob didn't quote Matt's twitter account correctly.
Hopefully that will be a podcast, That was great radio, Rob went off on Matt like John did and was nice to hear it happen. They said he was not cut off but you could hear Matt saying to cut him off. Pretty soon Matt is not going to have anyone to talk too on the radio.

When he said he was not a member of the media he meant that he was just a shock jock and not a reporter. That is what I read into it. i don't think he meant that he did not have crudentials.
I actually thought Rob was out of line as well. Matt said that it would be hard for him to believe that Stanzi (or another senior) would not know about DJK's drug house activities. He used Stanzi because of the traditionally close relationship a quarterback has with his receivers.

i wouldn't be shocked if Matty decides not to post it, or more likely he'll claim that "management" has decided not to post it so he has an excuse when people call him a coward, which he most certainly is.
The problem with Matt is him throwing out names and acting like he knows that Stanzi knows something. Stanzi should never had his name associated. Do I think players knew about DJK?? yes I do. However I don't know those names and it's not fair to a player to do that to his name unless you know for sure. Next thing you know a kid takes that info and runs to his message board to post something like "Stanzi Knew about DJK" and then it becomes fact. If you are a media member you can't be that wreckless.
