Good luck to Fred in the future. I'm grateful he was as a player, coach and is an alum of ISU. You can't deny somebody an opportunity to possibly achieve greatness.

I suppose it's possible to have greatness, but it would be very interesting to see how well an NBA stint goes for him. It sounds like the Bulls already have some issues with egos, and they'd be much more difficult than what the rumors/reports were for someone like BDJ.

I see Golden State as the 'Hoiball' of the league, but I believe they're also 1st in defensive efficiency or something. I can't say defense has been a consistent priority for CFH at the college level. Maybe it's not as much of an issue in the NBA if the athletes are available to play it.

Did Fred ever actually use the words "ISU is my dream job"? I'm honestly asking because I don't know. There is a world of difference between saying that as compared to saying "coaching at ISU has been a dream of mine".

Yes he actually used those words and he never has uttered any of those words publicaly that I am aware of about the NBA. Only person to say that is Pollard.
