Reading comprehension isn't your strong suit, is it?

Peter Jok is a terrible shooter, but Steph Curry is the best ever. I just put Jok in the same sentence as Curry again, yet the meaning of that sentence isn't even remotely the same. I specifically said Jok is not Curry and is more streaky than anything. My only point was that going strictly by shooting percentage doesn't tell the whole story.

Jok gets a ton of clean looks and he's got a big enough sample size to show his shooting percentage tells the whole story

And I'm not disagreeing with you. But just stating his shooting percentage without providing that context doesn't say a whole lot. Without context, his performance would be comparable to Curry's junior year (I'm well aware that would be a ridiculous statement, which is why I used Curry's junior year to make my point).

Curry being a 38% shooter as a junior needs context of why it's that way. He was constantly the focus of opposing defenses and I'm guessing he shot better every other year. Jok is a career 34 or 35% shooter. Nothing more nothing less. He can get hot but he's too inconsistent to be a great shooter. No context is needed when mentioning his stats because they reflect his true abilities

Hey I'm too lazy to look it up, but can you find the thread where you said UNI was a 4 seed? Just wanted to go over that prediction and pick your brain a little bit. I'm always interested in what a genius has to say.
