Countdown untill the beatdown!!!

When was the last time Iowa won in Hilton? I assume sometime during the McDoormat year's.

Apparently I'm going to the game now. Can't decide if I'd rather have it be a great game like two years ago, or a complete *** kicking like last year.

*** kicking always pick the *** jacking against the hawks.

Foul trouble will cause issues at some point this year but I just don't see it against Iowa. Woodbury is literally a statue out there. The guy doesn't create many fouls. Uthoff has become more of a jump shooter than anything else. Jok wants nothing more than to sit on the three point arch and throw up threes. I just don't see foul troube being an issue in this game.

Let him. He'll make his first couple than get tired and end up shooting 30% from there like usual

I try to look at our games with an outsider's perspective. If I see a #2 or #3 nationally ranked team playing on their home court, more often than not I'll be changing the channel because it's a sure win from a non-fan perspective. But as an Iowa State fan, it's tough for me to grasp that.

ISU in a nail biter.

Iowa hasn't won at Hilton during the regular season since 2001. Needless to say if that streak ends with this team we will have a problem.

I agree. Took a late basket by Niang to pull it out the last time they played Iowa in Hilton. Overconfidence is the Achilles heal of this team.

Except that team at that point really didn't have any reason to be over confident. Wasn't Iowa ranked higher than them at that point? And that Iowa team had some talent with Marble, White and Uthoff.

I think Eddie Munster won the last regular season game in Hilton.

I literally only worry about foul trouble. other than that, zero worries.

I'm in this category. We have a serious talent advantage and are playing them at home. Unless Georges and McKay get in foul trouble I don't see any way we could lose

When I see people writing "lol Woodbury" in frequent posts, my Cyclone sphincter immediately tightens. There is no surer way to guarantee that Woodbury has the game of his life.
