    My point with the A&M situation was that Sherman installed a new system down there and it really shook some things up. I know McGee was injured for some of the season, but he also was healthy for some of it. He was benched for a couple of games while he was healthy. I heard this from a die...

    Well if I was McGee, I'm one of 2 things: a good team player because I know I'm not good enough for the NFL and Johnson is the future. OR I feel shafted because a new coach comes in and totally overrules what has been in place for the past couple of years.

    I'm not denying that Arnaud is the better player. Here's an example of how a new coach can change a team: Texas A&M. Stephen McGee was a 3 year starter I believe. Mike Sherman comes. Jerrod Johnson is named the starter because he is believed to be the future of the team.
