What the heck is this

From the ESPN article:

Sutton said Curry informed him that he would be staying in the draft and was hopeful that he would be selected in the second round.
It sounds to me like Curry isn't delusional about his draft prospects. I'm guessing he's leaving because he's just not cut out for school. He'd rather play basketball full-time (even if it's in the CBA or the NBDL, which is quite likely) than deal with all the peripheral issues that come with being in college. I'm not saying I agree with it at all, but I can see his point. At least he doesn't have some sketchy entourage and a corrupt agent telling him he's going to be a lottery pick.

I always thought it was strange that some guys named James and Curry were always playing in the same games against each other... now I know why. :oo7dt:

I thought he was the 3rd best player on their team, that being said...I am glad we don't have to play against him anymore...I don't wanna be playin teams that deep, i want that to be us :biggrin9gp:

Rumor i've heard is that Chicago has guaranteed him their 2nd round pick (#47, i think)...whether THAT is delusional remains to be seen.

In ESPN The Magazine, it said "JamesOn Curry going into the draft makes as much sense as that capital O in his first name." I got a kick out of that.

Actually, pick #51, to Chicago. He'll enjoy a quality year in the NBDL, i'm certain.

Anyone else think mom or dad had a little too much whiskey when they were deciding on the name!!
