Hasn't the knock on Shanahan always been that once he gets done with his 30-40 scripted/packaged plays he isn't nearly as good calling them on the go.

Resign Sneed and Gay for sure. Not sure we can afford Chris Jones. WR, TE, OL in the draft. I think most of this roster will be back. They're making the playoffs again for sure.
Ring chasing TE, OT, and possibly a WR.
Cut or restructure MVS.
Sign Hardman to a very team friendly deal.
Extend/restructure S Reid.
Draft a DT, TE, and WR early.
Then line and LB depth.

Jones saved the Chiefs' ass this year, on multiple occasions. Pay the man. For me, he's the MVP of this year's team, even more than Mahomes.

Trade up in the draft to get one play-maker/possession WR. Look to free agency for a deep route WR and some OL depth.

For me the chiefs villain phase started with Mahomes being probably the biggest crybaby I've ever seen about a correct call. I'm not sure I've ever seen anything quite like that from another QB on an obvious correct call.
It’s going to be difficult because other guys should get a contract too like Sneed. Only so much money to go around.
