I think it’s generational. Blowing up a toilet has always been cool with the 90’s kids imo. You want to own that.

Now, if someone in the office exits the bathroom without washing their hands, that should warrant a company wide email calling them out. That happens way too often for adults.

Finish your business, wash your hands, and depending on how well you know the person, crack a joke about "painting the bowl", "cracking the bottom of the toilet", "blowing this bathroom up", etc. Ain't no shame in my game.
An interesting thread could be dumb/odd bathroom placement. Used to work in a reutilized area that had a single stall bathroom for execs. Basically tore down the unnecessary walls put in a dozen or so cubes and opened the bathroom up for everyone to use. Only catch was it wasn't opening to a hallway it was opening to the newly formed cubeland directly across from a cube.
