Probably true, with maybe an exception or two.
I'm guessing we haven't reached out to that many and of that small set not all of that will get a positive response. There really haven't been too many that have released a list that we had any type of prior connection with (we don't have an Abdelmassih).

I was wondering why this was happening to Rice. After a few seconds of research, I discovered that their Director of Basketball Operations once played for the Washington Generals. Having a staff member that lost every game in an embarrassing fashion can't look too good to a player.
Interesting..... When it comes to Rice players, tho, I'd take Egor first, then Evans. Both we could definitely find a spot for. Can someone tell Egor that Ames has good water and is 'focus town' for his professional overseas career to wait?
Prohm really enjoys "Kevin Can Wait" ... good show actually. I don't blame him for wanting to catch up on it.

By my last count, they're up to 61 pts leaving. Fwiw, Iowa St is losing about 68 pts.
Difference in choosing to leave and having to, though. They are going to be absolutely gutted next year assuming they arent bringing in a top 40 class
Big difference though between graduating your players vs losing them to transfer.
