The Dual is this Sunday, December 4th in Carver Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City. It will be on BTN network, I believe
The Cyclone Regional Training Center provides NIL to wrestlers, pays for Nate Carr Sr salary and other coaches. Also brings in Senior level athletes to train with our athletes. It pays for the trips for guys like David Carr to go to Junior Worlds in Spain this summer and also the travel expense to send a coach (Metcalf) with him. This takes a lot of money and we have a great base started and need to continue to build off it.
Any donations help. This is just a fun idea to get fans interested.
The Cyclone Regional Training Center is affiliated with USA Wrestling and was founded to support athletes who train in the international styles of wrestling.

I am in for $10/match win in the Iowa dual & $100 for a team win to the CRTC
So I just had pecan pie last night with a little whip cream on the top. First time ever. Might be the best pie I have ever had. Anyone agree with that?
Did I miss something? I thought Eli was thought to be a potential starter this year, at least a contributer and yet is he even on the team? I've not seen him play a minute, maybe I just missed it but I thought he was the guy in this fresh class with the best potential for immediate contribution?
I recall this from last winter as well but does anyone know why Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer classic show not allowed to be viewed on YouTube TV (and I assume other streaming services)? When tuning in last night all that appeared on the screen was something like "not available to be streamed". I don't think I have seen any other shows that are "blacked-out" like that due to streaming rights? Anyone else see this happen for any other show?
I had no idea where he even ended up. His voice will always remind me of Big 8 basketball brought to you by Phillips 66 or whatever it was. Maybe he was always a Kansas honk, but I feel like he always called the games straight.
Chris Williams and Brent Blum in a rare Tuesday installment of the podcast. The guys discuss the beginning of what should be an eventful football offseason. Recapping an encouraging week for the basketball team in Portland. Some women's hoops chatters and guessing the point spreads for championship
Does anybody else follow this? Found it on Reddit last year and saw ISU move up a few places. One of the most objective measures of all time program success I've found. If the boys can hang onto their ranking for a while I think they can pass Xavier and crack the top 60 this year. Other than Baylor and Auburn all the teams in the 50's look pretty bad too, if they finish this season strong and get well ranked next year they might be able to crack the top 50 by the end of next season.
Last year, we needed every minute we could get out of a big. This year, the combos of Kunc/Ward and Jones/Osun have done relatively well at the 4/5 spots, but we really need a wing who can consistently (heck, I'd take 33-35% 3P%) hit the three.
What are we getting when Tre King joins the rotation next week?
I see him as more of a post with some wing skills (3/4 combo) than a true wing who can consistently shoot the 3. Am I off base in that?
What is his differentiator compared with Kunc/Ward (and to a lesser extent Robert/Osun)?
Will he rebound / defend better than Kunc but be able to shoot/drive/post better than Ward?

Hopefully we hear good news in the coming hours... Would LOVE to get a a new offensive system in place SOON!
The portal is exploding and we should be aggressive while teams are in bowl/playoff prep. Landing key contributors before the spring semester would be a massive step towards 2023 improvement.
