But yet tethering is now a go?
I'm hoping for a new carrier announcement, new iPhone configuration that isn't AT&T exclusive.
The "Find my Phone" feature kicks butt if you ask me.
When your iphone syncs with Exchange it has the remote wipe. It's more like giving Mobile Me users that ability. The ability to send the phone a message is interesting, but I'm not sure what you'd send it. "Hey guy that stole my phone I'm about to wipe my iPhone so you don't get my data, so watch out".
True....but I know many ppl who would be happy with a remote wipe. I do agree with it lacking a bit being tied to MobileMe.
Nice...no MMS yet and they blame At&T. Fail...that's just horrible.
I'm still waiting to hear when I get go buy a new iPhone or when OS 3 is going to be released...
Saving the best for last most likely. Trying to determine if I will be going to the Apple Store or AT&T in the next 24 hours...

Even if they announce now I'd say there will be a month wait. I just hope they release 3.0 soon so there isn't a rush of people trying to get 3.0 on the same day as people trying to register a new iPhone.
Good point, unless the software is dropping sooner. The new MacBooks are already on their way out the door.
Wired is reporting AT&T will support MMS. Just late this summer.

Not supporting tethering is stupid. All they are doing is making sure their mobile broadband card market won't suffer. AT&T is the Microsoft of phone companies.
