Agreed. If they draw a 6 seed right next to us then we'll get to play an 11 seed in the 2nd round. I predict that Wichita's opponent will be the most common upset pick in ESPN's bracket game.
A part of me kind of hopes Illinois State beats Northern Iowa and magically is the reason Iowa misses the tournament.

Yep, we only edge them out in total conference rank because our fifth highest RPI team is #23, theirs is #119.

Anyway...I saw the last minute or so and that's a monumental upset for WSU. I do think they're one of the Top 25 teams in the nation, but not nearly as good as last season. Illinois State is a solid team though; that's their 21st win of the season.
