When You Win PB or Mega Lottey

I'd retire, buy some land in the middle of nowhere and build my dream home somewhere there is no chance someone will build around me. Pay off any debts immediate family has and pay for college for all nieces and nephews. Buy a big RV and travel the country and become a "professional tailgater" during football season. Make generous donations to my church and other charitable organizations where I feel the money would go to good use.
I'm in my early 40's with 2 young kids right now and at a point where I wont sacrifice my family and personal time for my career but also don't want to work till I am 70 so I try to find a good balance in my life where I can enjoy the moment while still putting myself in a position to not have to work forever. I'll never win the lottery but if I ever did I think I would want to find ways to stretch that money to have impact on as many lives as I can.

I would quit my job the day I claimed the lotto prize. You'd have more money than you would ever know what to do with to have to worry about benefits. Right now I am at a point at work I just want to make it about 15 more years and hope to get laid off so I can take the severance, retire, and find some cushy job to carry me over until social security (if it still exists then) kicks in.

Open a massive sanctuary for animals of all kinds. Injured. Unwanted. Left for dead. Living out their last remaining time. I’ve always wanted to to do that so that’s something I’d do for sure.

I've spent almost 20 years working for the same corporation I took a job out of college. My wife works for the same company and I have seen it run her into the ground when she has been a manager where she worked 60-80 hours a week and felt like she could not take time off. It's caused some rough times in our marriage at times where we fought over who we are actually married to, each other or the company we work for. I've had times where I have been stressed out and ready to find another job because I hated what was going on at work. If I won the lotto there is no way in hell I would keep working with that kind of money to do what I want with it. Maybe I would buy into a business where I could drop in and do some work once in while but life is just too short to think you owe anything to your employer when it comes to your happiness.
I'm going to give my employer a piece of my mind, slam the office door and storm out into the living room
I think we could all agree to the bold.
Quit my job but still work at Costco or something just to keep the mind going.
