I’d probably sell my house, buy one 2-3x the value. College fund for my son and future child. Nest egg fund for myself, and set a little more back for a rainy day. Reach out to my cousin who runs a great brewery in Colorado(and have three locations) about another location here, probably replace my 12 year old car bought 10 years ago but wait until it’s done. Donate to Iowa state and to the NIL, and probably go to regular time instead of full time. Still need something to occupy time, but don’t need to work full time either. Well backtracking if the brewery expanded that would probably be more full time+ but also probably more enjoyable than the current option. And invest most of the rest.
