Weather forecast for UNI game

Starting to appreciate more and more why so many folks prefer to sit at home on their comfy couch and watch the game on their big screen high definition TV.

It's going to suck but stupid me will be duck hunting so I'm no smarter! I will of course get home in time to watch our cyclones win.

If dewpoints can stay in lower 60s and winds are currently showing steady at 10-15 mph, gusts lower 20s. Will be a little more tolerable. Those in the south end probably will roast because wind is out of SW.

Exactly - I guess we might technically hit a high temp for a game (though game should be over by about the time the high hits on Saturday), it won't feel as bad as those early games in recent years cause they were muggy with no wind. Plus for those tailgating the weather looks gorgeous before noon.

Just went out to walk down the street a little bit. Nice refreshing breeze, humidity is low, around 85 degrees - and it’s still hot if you’re not in the shade. Even with a breeze & low humidity, if it’s 10 degrees hotter Saturday everybody’s gonna be baking out in that sun.
 
If the NWS forecast holds, Saturday will probably go in the books as #3 at Jack Trice.

Worth the price of admission alone to get sprayed down by that delicious Ames water.
