Given Fran's history, yes this team will have to prove it. Time will tell if this was a 2-game abberation or not. If the identity is to feed Cook and Garza and try to get to the line, and with it play competent (not good) defense, then this team could get in as a 7-9 seed. If it digresses into last year of a good offensive team that couldn't be bothered to defend, then the team won't do much.
If Frantastic gets the coveted 7 seed your Hawks will have done really well to get that high of a seed in the B10 conference tourney. That would really add to his body of work.
Serious? Your team has had two ok'ish wins and you are over here begging for validation. Two ok'ish wins. Two. P.s. It would be really good seed from Frantastic. I don't think he has it in him to get much more than that.

If Iowa State had dismantled Oregon and UConn in consecutive games, people on this forum would be predicting conference championships and Sweet Sixteen runs. You trying to diminish Iowa’s wins as somehow not impressive is laughable and quite pathetic.
Didn't Mizzou blow out Iowa in a scrimmage right before the season started?

Haven't watched them. Just looked at the shot chart...really hard to tell if Iowa is really anything. Not impressed so far. 16.5 turnovers per game is awful. I thought I might see really good steal numbers from your team what is up with so many turnovers compared to steals. Weaselcamp is atrocious 10 to's compared to 2 steals. Is he ok? 14 to's from cook? The clone's have one full game less that the Fighting Frannies and more steals, more blocks, etc.
Is everything ok over there?
