Apparently those Golden Hurricanes that are so common in Tulsa really got your panties in a twist?
RIMSHOT!
Don't take **** so seriously dude. You'll live longer.
I get that you are proud of the storied history of Tulsa football. That's great.
You've had some really good coaches recently which have really helped you out. You also have the benefit of being really close to the TX recruiting hotbed.
I am NOT saying that Iowa State is a vastly superior program. I don't think anyone on this site has said that in a completely serious manner. Most who have been dismisive of you have been in reaction to your oversensitive posting.
Tulsa is a good football program. They win a lot of CUSA. They don't have a recent track record of beating BCS level teams however, but ISU has a recent history of underperforming in the season opener.
I think it will be a very good game and a tough test for the rest of the season. ISU doesn't have Tulane, North Texas, UAB, or Marshall on our schedule so we have to take it one game at a time.
Welcome to the site. If you can chill out and have some reasoned discussions with us you will be a welcome addition to the site. I love talking football with opposing fans if they can handle it.
Don't get so defensive. Most posters on this site are messing around and being sarcastic. Unless they are dilusional they know that Tulsa could beat us this year.
