So they're complicit because it gives them the best opportunity to play professionally? Do you realize Kirk Ferentz has coached like 1,000 players at Iowa or more? Are they all complicit except for the 6 or 7 that spoke out directly against Kirk? There's q lot of silence amongst former players and there are a lot that support Ferentz being there.

There wasn’t a direct quote from more than one former player that was interviewed where they said if you can survive being an African American football player in Iowa city, you can survive anything?

You’ve never actually read the report have you? Just defend Kirk.

Did "they all" say that? I'm not into mind reading. You are fabricating things to make a point. We get it. I don't like what happened at all. You don't have to exaggerate or make things up to convince me or anyone else.

Actually it’s racism and sexism and sexual assault cover ups that I hate.

Iowa fans not caring about simple human decency embarrasses me. People all over saw the story last spring about Kirk being racist. I don’t live around hawk fans. So when decent people read about what Kirk did, they’re outraged (rightly so).

getting lumped in with that because I was born in the same state was disgusting.

but, do you notice none of the rest of your fellow hawk fans care at all about what happened?

Cyclone fans have been clamoring for Toussaint to get more minutes for the past several weeks while Iowa fans continue to pretend Jorbo and Connie aren't terrible.

I see ISU hung with WVU last night. How did they manage to do that, I see Young is back and playing as well.

Through determination and effort, kind of like you guys go out of your way to ignore the racism/sexism/homophobia that permeates your athletic department.

What does it say about your character that you support that athletic department?
