The Fran fade

You were defending Fran by saying his former players never said a bad word about him but then ignore that former players are suing Kirk Ferentz for being racist. That's disgusting

You seem a little over the top on this. I have not even commented on the lawsuit on this board and you somehow turned a comment from me about current and former players liking Fran to this.

So you think Kirk is a bad person because of what former players said about him? You said Fran is a good person because of what former players said about him

My bad on not seeing Purdue.. But Tech has wins at Texas and at LSU. Those blow the freakin doors off any win Iowa has. No bad losses while Iowa's loss at Minny looks worse every day

LSU is #40 in NET.

If you are counting that as a good win for Texas Tech then Iowa's win at #32 Rutgers and their 22 point win at #43 Maryland both need to be mentioned.

he is thought of as an overall positive for the program.

I have never read a bad word about Fran from a current or former player.

Sorry you said it was a reason why he was an overall positive for the program. Is Kirk an overall negative for his program because of all the bad words players said about him?

You do realize your silence actually makes you complicit.

you’re here defending the coach whose program was discriminatory against young men of color. That’s literally what you and legend anf the rest are doing, defending a coach that oversaw a program that even a purchased exoneration said was racist.

If you disagree with racism, why do you defend a racist program?

When have I defended the Iowa football program against the racism issues here?

You can’t be this simple minded.

you have created more than one account to defend all things Iowa, that’s including football. We can pull up posts showing you defending and supporting hawk football.

if you’re defending them, and supporting the program, then you are absolutely complicit in continuing the racist culture created by the head coach.

I'll defend you here you did say Kirk Ferentz should be fired

At a school with character, he’d have been gone when the allegations came out last spring.

Now, since there were yet again no consequences for his actions, he’s going to ignore any pathetic attempts at false contrition, the plan for Brian to take over will continue unabated

Iowa squeaks it out again sthe worst MSU in a generation....should be a good showdown thursday vs. OSU.
Ohio state may roll us. Starters aside from Garza playing way too soft. Finally let Touisant play for long stretches and he played well.

Are all the African American players and coaches at Iowa complicit for staying at Iowa under Ferentz? They had a very easy path to transfer if they chose to. I support them. Why do you have a problem with that?

they’re there to try to make it to the nfl. Iowa puts players in the nfl. This shouldn’t be that complicated. They all said if you can survive Kirk’s racism, you can do anything.

And as much as you’re trying to not have to admit the truth that was laid out in two reports, you support the racist culture Kirk created. Just have the courage to admit it, id actually sort of respect that
