The team is hurting as a whole. No reason to single Arnaud out. Thats the point I think most of us are trying to make.
So you get to bang the drum as loud as you want when something bad happens, but you are just going to ignore every instance of something going right? Duly noted. No sense in trying to have a conversation with you anymore.
I think it's more that some of us understand that we just don't have an amazing qb on the team. So for us it gets old to hear how this now almost 40 point spread is the fault of the qb.
tell me how that was a good play?
throwing off back foot? eyeing the receiver the whole way? lobbing over the middle? throwing behind and high?

thats not the point of this thread. the point is our third year starter, cant get it done. cant make plays. and makes freshman mistakes.
3 and out...mis-read, bad throw, followed by bad throw.
only reason i am providing examples is because everyone always asks me for examples of his poor play.
The atmosphere was electric. Just typical ISU inconsistency ruined it. We saw this inconsistency against Tech last week but luckily we still won.
Bad throw? Or ****** job by the receivers giving him a place to throw it? Its not all on Arnaud. Peyton Manning would struggle in this offense because our receivers are just plain bad. See the throws to Darks, Darks, Franklin, etc? Open receivers...and he hit them. Other throws? He's gotta force it in somewhere because there isn't a good place to throw it.
The line was plain bad tonight. No holes for A-Rob, and blitz pickup has been awful. You can blitz Iowa State to death however because we don't have a single receiver one on one who will burn you.
Both the receivers coach and the special teams coach should be fired without question after their performance thus far in the season.
Agree. Tech just didnt take advantage of our mistakes and miscues. the first series alone the Tech defender miss a pick that hit him in the chest. could have been a totally different start to the game.
its an 8 yard out route!! thrown over their heads!! they were both open. put the AA kool aid down.
Additionally, Austen Arnaud is the least of our problems. 68-20. I'm not worried nearly as much about the 20 as the 68. Every defensive player and person involved on the defense should be absolutely embarrassed.
