They aren't. That site is buggy or something. They have had the rankings wrong before. The correct rankings are below.

Honestly I'm not really concerned with our ranking at this point. The game against OU was much more reassuring to me even though we lost.

College basketball is so balanced this year these polls are going to change a lot from week to week. There is not much point in getting too worked up about the weekly changes. So far, there are no really dominant teams. Oklahoma has probably come as close to that as anyone, but they will likely meet their match tonight in Phog.

Honestly I'm not really concerned with our ranking at this point. The game against OU was much more reassuring to me even though we lost.

I agree. As the season progresses, I think Burton will play better and we will get better as a team. I think Oklahoma is really good. Except for their Hawaii game (and maybe Hawaii is good) they have looked awfully good. We certainly could have won that game.
ISU is pretty good and will get better.
