He should be near the end of his rest in Independence. Should run awhile tonight. Glad he invited a friend to his team.
Hated the 60 miles in the heat today.
The rest of the team wanted the first van to run the first two legs of hills then his team only forty miles then they run a leg. Then his team's turn to go a double leg

Went to a baby baptism party last night. I've been to weddings that weren't that nice. Great food, DJ, table runners etc... it was a really a fun experience.

My birthday yesterday was pretty fun. I think the most fun though was setting up a candle and Z wanted to blow it out. She sang Happy birthday each time. The candle was almost new, but we melted it into a tiny stub.
PapaLew has longish hair sometimes (just doesn't go in & get regular haircuts). Which is okay, because I like longer hair. One of our granddaughters shaped it into a (mostly) gray faux hawk a couple of years ago. I put it on facebook and he was embarrassed by how many "likes" it got...

Thanks, hadn't heard that. I don't follow wrestling all that closely. Our HS volleyball team will lose some talent with their move, but our incoming freshman class has quite a few good players as well.

That be some leaf rippin' and garden smashing hosta shredding hail coming down right now. Hope it looks worse then it is later.
Anyone with a 3% increase over prior year got invited and I had an 11% increase. It's some leadership event thing, but for $170 per night more you can extend your trip, so for 340 bucks I'll have an all expense paid trip to Costa Rica for a week and two of those days I'll have all to myself.
Give him another cup of coffee and he will be fine.
