No that was asked about who you thought was better going into this season. Purdy was a lot better than Martinez last year and has been a lot better this year
Well that was all we had to go off of at the time. Purdy has been a lot better than Martinez this year, but he wasn't last year.
Find me one stay that says Martinez was better than Purdy last year as a quarterback
So you think Purdy was "a lot" better than Martinez last year? They have similar stats passing stats with Martinez having twice the number of rushing yards.
Uh yeah Purdy was significantly better and their passing stats weren't similar at all plus Martinez doesn't win games
Player A: 65% - 2,617 yards - 17 tds - 8 ints
Player B: 66% - 2,250 yards - 16 tds - 7 ints
Player A - 169 QB efficiency and wins games
Player B - 139 QB efficiency and doesn't win games
Player A - 629 yards with 8 tds rushing at 4.5 ypc
Player B - 308 yards with 5 tds at 3.1 ypc
I barely gave the nod to Martinez last year, obviously this year Purdy is doing much better. I don't understand how that can be so scandalous.
Because Purdy was much better than Martinez last year, not just barely better
Player C - 4 yards with 1 td at 0.1 ypc.
Man, player C must really suck compared to A and B!
