oh thanks man. It's really not my work, i just found some Nike Combat templates and added ISU colors and the stripes really. And i mostly just used the template as a uniform template and not so much as a Combat uniform.
it's just fun to play around mostly :smile:
Which is what makes them outstanding unis.
They're worthy of the title "Pro Combat" but at the same time they're based upon the uniform Jack Trice wore.
Honestly, I don't care what you call em. They are 100% pure bad-*** and should seriously be considered. IMO, one of the cooler ideas and designs I've seen... ever.
I'd rather have solid Cardinal socks than the stripes, thought the stripes are part of the throwback.
Half of the Pro Combat designs that Nike comes up with are based off of a jersey that the team has worn historically. The other half they are trying to make all the other schools like Oregon. This would be a usual Pro Combat looking design.
Throw the cardinal socks back on with stripes, but change the stripes from horizontal to having just the top couple of inches of vertical stripes to match the shirthows this?

Basically a guy went through and did what he thought would be sweet pro combat helmets for each team in the Big XII and B1G. Have to say I'm a huge fan of our concept, mostly because that's my favorite ISU brand/logo. :yes:
Here is another link for all the other helmets he did for us, must say this could start up a new thing for white helmets (again, would totally be all for it, or shall I say ALL IN):

Not a fan of that Helmet, need to go matte yellow with the ISU- I logo and cardinal and gold stripe.
Like I said earlier, check out the 2nd link and he has that same one as a white helmet. I know a lot of people want white helmets, I think that'd be a sweet way to do it and keep it special. It'd also be an easy way to do white without allowing it to become a regular alternate.

I don't hate it! Not sure I'd want it every game, though.
Definitely a true pro combat thing, only used once in a blue moon. Anything on even a semi-regular basis would ruin it IMO.

I think that helmet is pretty bad *** looking
a white helmet would be sweet but with this style I think the yellow works better or the fee with a shadow cyan was pretty cool
