Jiff PB on one slice and wipe off on the other. I go extra heavy on the BlackRaspberry Jam that we purchase by the case from the Dutchman's Store: Old Time General Store. https://www.dutchmansstore.com/

Don't even get her started. This is a woman who can't stand it if two items on her plate are touching. You're opening up an enormous can of psychological worms, here. @Angie
The good jellies and preserves are not squeezable.Just get the jelly from squeezeable container
This is the correct answer. If eating it right away you do jelly first, clean the knife and do PB. Jelly cleans up easier on the knife. Plus you can lick the PB knife when you have completed the assembly. It all depends on how long it will be before you eat it. If I'm making it to eat right away, I put PB on one slice, and J on the other. If I'm packing a lunch to eat later, I PB both slices and J in the middle. The PB helps seal the bread so the J doesn't make it as soggy. Same reason you don't mayo directly onto the bread if you wont be eating right away. Mayo between slices of meat and cheese.
Clearly, that is not the only reason you are a nutcase.Just because I think casseroles are hot garbage, don't make me into a nutcase.
PB goes on one piece.
Then you wipe the knife off on the other piece, so you don't get any in the J jar. Then J goes on the other piece.
3 slices of bread.
Peanut butter on 2. Potato chips on those. Jelly on 3rd slice. Put jelly slice in between PB slices
I was totally behind you on this since this is how I make my PB&J, but then you had to add chips into it.
Peanut butter on one side. Smuckers strawberry preserves on the other side.
You people are so dumb. Red. Raspberry. Preserves.
PB goes on one piece.
Then you wipe the knife off on the other piece, so you don't get any in the J jar. Then J goes on the other piece.
Same goes for mayo and mustardPB goes on one piece.
Then you wipe the knife off on the other piece, so you don't get any in the J jar. Then J goes on the other piece.
And the jelly would run out of the sides of the sandoWhat kind of weirdo puts PB on both and J in the middle? That would be hard to even J on it, it wouldn't spread without mixing into the PB?
