Another concern is price. $60/month for Vue with the sports package that has redzone. YouTube TV is 40 without some of the sports channels like nfl network and nfl redzone. I will use it mostly to watch sports on the weekends.
It’s hard to go with Vue for 2 additional channels for $20 more a month. Vue has a better sports package. Does Vues sport package include all of the regional sports networks?
I really have had a positive experience with YouTube TV. There were only 2 glitches when YouTube TV went down (for an hour or so)...and Google gave everyone a free week that month at billing time both months! Also, I love the DVR...I can select Iowa State football and it will record every Iowa State game no matter which channel it is on. I used to have that "season pass" option with Tivo years ago but my local cable companies DVR service didn't have that option so I really like that! I have every White Sox game on my cloud DVR...and with the the way the season went...I didn't bother going back and watching any game but still have that option due to unlimited DVR and the feature to record using the "season pass" type of thing.
