The Texans don't have much draft capital left to burn, do they? They already sent out their first and third rounders in 2020 for Tunsil, Stills, and Conley.
That'd be a swing for the fences move for the Cowboys but I kind of like it. They'll eventually end up in cap hell but if he puts them over the top it'd be worth it.

I hope the Bengals trade him to Denver so Broncos fans have to argue who is the starter between Flacco, Dalton or Drew Lock.
Sounds like Flacco may be done for the season. It's going to be a three man competition between Drew Lock, Brett Rypien, and Brandon Allen(?) the rest of the way. They should sign Chad Kelly off Indy's practice squad just to bring back a little spice to the QB room while they're at it. For being such a great QB Elway is for **** at evaluating them.
I could see them trading for Josh Rosen after the Dolphins take Tua or Burrow with their top pick.
Most trade deadlines in the NBA and NFL always have hype during that day but always seem to fizzle out with no epic deals like rumors suggest.
Yep, for the NFL they have actually already had a good amount of trades compared to usual. Just not many on the final day it appears.

The immortal Brett Rypien rewrote the Mountain West record book! I think Brandon Allen is a made-up guy. I have never heard of him at any level.
And...the deadline has passed. Barring a last minute announcement or surprise it ended with a whimper. The biggest move of the day was a salary dump and exchange of mid round picks between the Rams and Dolphins.
