I thought there was a rule that when you're sent down they have to wait x number of days before you can be recalled but because Candelario went to the IL that could override the requirement.
Or maybe it just applies to pitchers

- Cuas and Pelencia should only pitch in low leverage situations.
- Wesneski should be pitching in tie games where he can eat innings
- Leiter, Merryweather, Fulmer, and Boxberger should be your only tie game or up by 1-2 guys
I’m a little over putting faith in Palencia and Cuas to get it done
So my evaluation of the bullpen
- Cuas and Pelencia should only pitch in low leverage situations.
- Wesneski should be pitching in tie games where he can eat innings
- Leiter, Merryweather, Fulmer, and Boxberger should be your only tie game or up by 1-2 guys
