***Official 2021 Vikings***

Robinson was a really bad pick in round 4. He's quick and athletic but needs to be coached up big time. He's probably a practice squad guy this year. Shoulda taken a DT or WR with that pick.

New pick, just in, is TE/P Zach Davidson. Excellent pick!!
I have no complaints about Robinson. Best available athlete at that spot, not so dissimilar to Hunter—and a round later.

I already registered my complaints about Friday.;)
Odd pick. Kene and ISM are basically both KR specialists in the NFL..... so why draft two of them?
Because they need a third RB and a 3rd WR with speed.

Robinson could end up being good after a year of development on the practice squad. He does have good speed and athleticism, but he went a round too soon IMO.

Louis Riddick loves him and I love Lou, so I guess that means I love him?

I do trust Lou when it comes to judging talent so hopefully he's right.

Not surprised about DT Jalen Twyman. I read in multiple sources they liked him a lot in ‘19– before he apparently got fat and sloppy.

Wasn't Smith marsette the dumbass that drove 70 mph on a residential street in IC?

They came away with two day one offensive line starters. That's a huge step forward for this team. If just those two picks pan out, I'll consider it a successful draft.

NFL.com gives the Vikings an A for the draft however they say Kene was picked a round early
The Vikings don’t pick him that early if they think he’ll be available later. Look at how Rick played the first round and still got the guy he wanted. That tells me there was intel suggesting more than one other team likely wanted him. Which is pretty damn cool for Kene.

In the later rounds, you never know when guys are going to go. From 4th round on, they're pretty much all flyers.

I have to admit, that was by far my priority for this draft. If Cousins needs a decent line to be successful, then give it to him! Otherwise, you’re wasting all that money (and cap hit). Seems like simple common sense to me.

Defensive end was second, and at least they got a decent pair of candidates to add to the mix.
