He is pretty inconsistent, for sure. He had some really good games and then had some games he looked like a HS freshman. Of course part of that is that they got to play some really awful defenses in the Big 10 West.

Both worse than all 3 ISU QB's that played this year, with Kempt's td/int ratio being the one exception.
