Michigan State vs. Iowa

Hassell actually said biggest FOOTBALL game in the state of Iowa history not any sport. I still loathe him though. And it looks, seriously, like he's been crying. Very red eyes.

This still wouldn't be on the level of Iowa St's screw jobs. Obviously this would effect the situation, but him slightly going forward had no effect on the actual play.

Maybe you are being sincere but I have never, I repeat, never, had a hawk fan tell me that in a way that wasn't condescending or such that they still didn't rub the eventual loss in my face afterward.

Another comparison that drives me nuts is saying this is just like the basketball Elite 8. Sure it was a win and you go to the final 4 situation, but getting to this point was far easier for Iowa than it would be for any basketball team to get to the Elite 8.

I like football. I like it when they run, pass, tackle, score points and win. As for financial well being, I've put plenty of hours into tending to and worrying about my own. Seriously, the world is about to erupt into WWIII for like the fifth and final time and you're urging your fellow Cyclone to care more about athletic department finances? Ok then. Maybe I will. Ok I care now.
