if a two-loss Stanford is ahead of Iowa then the system is broken beyond belief. The Hawkeyes absolulty rolled a team on the road that beat them
Yeah and Iowa State absolutely rolled a team that beat Iowa. Not quite how things work, though.

Looks like either Ohio State or Iowa to Rose. Will be interesting to see how that goes. Take the brand name Ohio State for TV ratings and hype? Or take Iowa, who will probably bring a boat load of fans since it's been awhile since they've been there.
Or, maybe they will strictly go by the rankings. Does Ohio State jump Iowa in the rankings?

Hassel be like "This is the biggest game in the state of Iowa ever."
**** you. And **** Iowa.
iowa's post regular season record. 0-1. ISU 0-0. Winning!
Who were the Iowa players trying to make the tackle on the TD play? Hoping King was one of them.
congrats to Iowa on their upcoming ref apology letter. how's it feel?
There may be some old farts who will get excited about the Rose Bowl . . . they are in Arizona already . . .
Iowa couldn't get fans to Kinnick . . . do they really think they will get them to Pasadena? I don't think Ohio State or Iowa fans are going to be all that excited about the Rose Bowl this year.
I've now watched that play probably 20 times. I haven't seen movement. Which player on MSU moved early?
Considering the way they travelled for this game and drank Indianapolis dry, I'd say they might give the Rose Bowl a good crowd. Nearly all of Iowa's biggest games this year were away from Kinnick, especially after it was clear that the team was something special.
#66, who was the extra fullback in the power-I. It wasn't any less subtle than the one called on Kreiger-Coble earlier in the game.
That didn't decide the game at all. But once you see it, as a fan, there's no getting "what if?" out of your head.
Embarrassing they didn't sell out Kinnick.
Sorry, you're wrong. #66 went in motion, stopped, squared, and didn't move again until the QB was pulling the ball out.

Yes, what an ignorant statement. ISU, Drake, and iowa have ALL played in a Final Four in basketball. 2 wins away from a National Championship. Yet he thinks this is the biggest game in the state, ever? What a poser. Ef chris hassel and Ef iowa.
Wait, did I read a few posts back about how the refs screwed Iowa because someone slightly moved before the snap of the last play? And that they should get an apology letter for that? Do they give apology letters for something as minor as a missed false start?
