Again your version of zero interest and my version of zero interest are different.

Fran flat out lied, that's a fact. You are assuming that CMC lied when it's well documented he didn't talk to anyone before that game. You have no idea his interest level and he's on record saying he wasn't looking to leave at all until Pollard met with him
I hope this goes on a for a day or two, hawk fans get their hope's up that Fran is leaving, and Barta announces a new contract extension for Fran.
First of all you have no proof that Fran lied. I have proof that Campbell lied. I don't really care if they both lied, but apparently you do.
I have never said that Campbell lied about meeting with anybody before that game.
I just know that he said after the game that he had "zero interest" in anything other than the Toledo football team and then hours later meets with Pollard and accepts the ISU job. That zero interest thing was a lie. But like I said, who really cares. That's what coaches do.

Campbell was disappointed in the loss and didn't want to talk, but his wife told him since the ISU AD flew there and was waiting they should at least meet and see what he had to say.
How is that proof of anything other than a plane traveled between two college towns? Believe it or not, that happens all the time...
You're right Arkansas' AD probably just was craving Wig & Pen and stopped in Iowa City on the way to meet with Pitino and Musselman. Lol
What a strange coincidence that a plane traveled to three towns where a coach is that they are interested in.
The reverse of this would have been if Fran left for Arkansas and then Iowa named Hoiberg as its next coach. This place would have been burned to the ground.
Just because Fred won all the time in Iowa City doesn't mean your wet dream would be a reality.
