I keep wondering that, too. Months ago I speculated that the construction crew was simply waiting until some later point to install a last row of bleachers; now I'm not so sure. It's getting late. Perhaps it will be SRO? You can cram in more people that way? Maybe the AD made that decision. Sure is puzzling though.

I don't see a fence between the old and new sections on the lower level, just the existing wall.

I hated checking my weather app in February, seeing 70 and sunny in College Station, and 24 and snowy in Ames. Absolutely hated it.
