Would love to know what JBo’s last words were before he went night night.

Just a little heads up. You might be taking a couple of silly comments in an in-state rivals thread a bit too seriously.I saw that the Informer was getting some inbound links from this forum again and couldn't stop myself from taking a look. As the site's editor, I can assure you that you aren't accurately describing what went into the reporting and editing of this particular story, but I'm also well aware of how some of you continue to mischaracterize the Carson King situation at the Register — in a manner that, frankly, borders on obsession sometimes. I'll spare myself the trouble of engaging with you on that as well as a couple of the other ill-informed comments on this thread, aside from saying that Aaron is doing just fine and contributed to the Informer in the recent past, as he was also freelancing for several prominent national publications with readership in the hundreds of thousands or millions, because he believes in the site's purpose.
For those of you who have an interest in engaging in good faith, I'd encourage you to read the article linked below for a sense of how Paul Parizek operates, and as an example that's actually related to the comment that led to the comment I've quoted above. It's a deeply researched and important investigative story that took us months to put together and is one of the best examples on the site of why I launched it five years ago.

A licky boom boom down!If you think I posted that link to get clicks for the site, you fundamentally misunderstand how it operates. My site analytics linked to this thread. There was an Informer article posted in response to a comment about Parizek and his radio activities. The article I posted directly discusses this in considerable depth. I didn't expect anything other than the ad hominem nonsense that was posted. But if you'd read the article I posted, you might have gotten the point. I enjoy discussing what goes on behind the scenes quite a bit, actually; it's nothing like the assumptions that have been made in these forums on numerous occasions now.

Like I said, for those interested in acting in good faith. It's easy to ****-talk and be a douchebag online, I promise you I do not give a **** about your opinions.
You bet, when you see the thread, any thread, has hit page two, it’s got ozzy on it.Can I get an alert when the derail is over?
I have not met a Hawkeye fan yet that was upset that he got laid out. So I haven’t seen the outrage besides Chad crying. In an effort to get this back on the topic of JBo, what does everyone think about the Twitter uproar from Hawk fans who are outraged that ISU fans would mock JBo for punched?
Personally I think Jordan made a bad decision picking a fight with a group of dudes without any backup.
I think Hawk fans calling the entire ISU fanbase classless for not being outraged on behalf of Jordan is pretty naive.
I personally hope he's not permanently injured, but it's not like he was a complete innocent in this encounter either.
