It's gonna be a long year

I really wish that McKay had an offensive game besides dunking. Yes, I'll admit he's gotten a lot better with his FTs lately, but seriously - whenever it comes to a layup, 50% of the time it just seems like he literally throws an overhand pass, hard, at the backboard and it just misses badly. He has also missed some regular layups that anybody playing any level of college basketball should be able to make. He also has no hands. People have stolen the ball out of his hands at will or balls just pop off his hands and into the defender. It's nuts.

The guy is great as a person and he's provided us with a lot of things sometimes, but something is off especially this year sometimes. I like his shot blocking abilities and when he dunks it, but he needs to be more aggressive sometimes and work on how to do a layup.

It will be like last year. 12-6 ish. There are no "wake up calls" unfortunately with this group, just going to lay a few eggs here and there.

We'll win a lot, but like last year, can't be trusted at all.

We are good but no where near as good as people and the player's think. So freaking soft on defense. Baylor scored 60 in the second half. They scored 70 in the entire game against KU.

Two different coaches, same players. I guess I hoped they would get better over last year but it's basically the same team. That's not a terrible thing but we aren't close to a Top 10 team.

Prohm is terrible. All this talk of how he inherited a final four team and we cant even beat UNI or Baylor at home after Kansas beat them by 35. Horrible, horrible coaching. How bad will we suck next year after we lose 5 starters?

Also, we really only play 5 guys, Burton and Cooke cant even give 2 minutes of production in Big 12 games.

Im actually more excited about next year, maybe the new guys will be tougher

I've never seen so many side steps to avoid fouls. Step in and take a charge! Most of the team is soft. Getting tossed around in the paint.

Prohm can't play for these guys. The lack of effort on the boards and the missed free throws are all about the players. Then add in a total lack of depth.

His defense has fallen way off this year. He hardly ever challenges shots at the rim anymore.

Don't worry guys. McKay will tweet some inspirational ********. Dude is soft and has an inflated sense of who he is as a basketball player.

Motley absolutely schooled McKay today on both ends.

Outcoached by Scott freaking Drew. Turning point was when Niang went on the bench when we were up 52-40 and they went on their run

What would you like Prohm to do? These are the same players showing nearly the identical results as last year.

McKay doesn't understand that his value is on the defensive end, and playing weak and letting guy score is worse than getting in foul trouble. He's not playing for his missed layups.

Wow you figured all of this out based on this 1 game... Fire Pollard and hire you, because clearly you have a skill set to identify the right coach watching 40 minutes of hoops

Forget this 3 stops in a row ********, and just get one ******* stop once in a while.

He thinks he is an NBA player but he's not. By a wide margin.

His 100% motor is more like a 75% motor this year. At it really shows.

Yes - abilities. He has the ability to do it, but no doubt in the last handful of games has he really fallen off in that regard too. Don't know what's going on with him - he might be thinking about things on the offensive end too much too. He's never been great at layups, but good lord - the stuff he misses is just embarrassing. I've seen better attempts from walk-ons like Nezlek sometimes.
