Hey guys Iowa doesn’t at all in any way care about Iowa State. Like they seriously don’t care AT ALL!!!
They have to be the most obsessive fans in the nation. It’s just bizzare. But they’ll tell ya they don’t care about Iowa State and Minnesota is their biggest rival!
Tons of them flocked to Austin as well. They seem more interested in cheering against Iowa State than they do cheering for their own team.
Not even the same Hawk fan I saw out there. We travel thousands of miles and still can't get away from them.
They're an odd fan base. Many of them did not go to college so I think that explains some of it.

While living in Oregon I was invited to the Civil War (Ducks vs Beavers). While tailgating in Corvalis there was some clown walking the lots in full Hok garb. You would think moving across the country would be enough to get away from them, but much like herpes, they seem to travel with you and be irritating.

I did. It’s nice to have a centrally located hangout area but there were some drawbacks in food wait times with the amount of fans there. I guess I was a little surprised with how much of it closes at 1030 too.

Quite a few chains like Joes Crab Shack, Bubba Gump, Hard Rock but it’s a beautiful area and very unique.
Great! I spent a couple days there when my daughter graduated basic training and I really loved the river walk...I went in July and it was hot as F so I imagine it was much better this time of year.
Really good showing by Cyclone fans...will make you guys very attractive for bowls moving forward...
Air Force at Lackland. Really fun...had about 4000 folks at the graduation...they really make a big deal of it nowadays...
