How did iowa lose to Purdue??

Played terrible defense against Blough. He has torn Iowa up the last three years.

I don't think that area of the country is particularly liberal either. Isolated, rural, ag centered region.

My understanding is that WSU is very much like ISU is to TOE, while Ames might be considered liberal for the region, compared to Iowa City it is fairly conservative.

Yeah ISU has peaked in mid-October the last two seasons but November at least went better this season at least for results.

Pullman is pretty much the opposite of Seattle....

Not surprised by Auburn winning. They may have underachieved and were ranked Top Ten to start the season.

Purdue gave up 23 points to Michigan St( that's like 50 to an average offense), 28 to Indiana, 36 to Iowa, 41 to Minnesota and 47 to Wisconsin the last 5 games of a the season. The only chance they had in this game was to score every possession. 56 at half is a bit of a surprise but giving up 70 or so points isn't.

You should have bet it then because the over/under was 59. You’d have made a fortune.
