Isaiah Stokes visiting 9/24

For 2017, we have a backcourt of Wigginton and McNeill, a small forward in Lewis, and (fingers crossed) a power forward in Lard if he makes it. A F/C would really complete the (HS) class...

If we can get all those guys, plus Stokes, that'd be huge. I'd add that we need to grab a high level grad transfer too. At any position, really.

Okay?

At the time that's what it looked like to me. Funny how some can't just enjoy the good news without going back to throw **** at people.

Easy there punkin! No disrespect was intended. We've been conditioned as a fanbase to expect the knee to the knuts. So I love looking back at the black-cloud posts and realizing that sometimes we can have nice things!

Probably going to be awhile on Stokes.
He has already completed 3 officials (TN, ISU & FL) and has his last two TCU this weekend and UNC set for the first weekend of November. My guess is Isaiah decides in November.
He obviously has the option to wait but if he was planning on signing in the spring I would assume he would have completed his officials during the B-Ball season.

When have we ever beat out NorthCarolina for a recruit? Or Roy, for that matter. Keeping my fingers crossed on Stokes, but not setting myself up by expecting it.

True, but before today a lot of us would have said the same about Oregon.
Every recruit is different and looking for different things plus this staff has earned some trust. Fact is UNC has two PF/C committed in 2017 seems a lot to add another but he still has a planned visit so Roy is lurking. Conversely ISU doesn't have any Posts for 2017 (excluding Lard) currently, if playing time is a major consideration...

That makes sense. For some reason I thought his UNC visit was much later.
