I hadn’t listened to Iowa everywhere for many months, been busy and listened to other things. Had a long drive so I flipped it on. Hassel started this whiny voice thing on one of the last ones. I couldn’t handle it, went back to bellied up and a couple others immediately. That whine was unbearable the way he was doing it.He has a future in media doesn't he? Very thoughtful and well-spoken

What is over/under on Iowa offense Pts/game? Doesn't BF have a performance objective of 25/game?

But that doesn’t specify that the offense has to score those points, right? Defense and ST can score 25/game and BF is in good shape.
I don't believe so. I don't think the defense counts and I doubt a ST touchdown counts. Field goals would count in my eyes, but I'm not entirely sure how it's written in the contract.
That whole deal remains one of the most f*cked up things I've ever seen.

Oh boy oh boy it's gonna be fun for them to start off 2-2 with losses to us and Penn State. I think there's a chance they could still run the table and then obviously lose by 45+ to Michigan or OSU.
The funny part is that interim AD Beth Goetz has already set the table that wins will carry more weight than points. What a genius move by Kirk and Barta. They put this 25 point average stipulation on Brian while Barta's on his way out the door but it's nothing more than window dressing. Iowa fans are so gullible.
Does it really?? What's the damn point! If I were Iowa's DC I'd be furious. The defense and ST last year scored above 40% of Iowa's total points last year. And that's not including extra points because the offense caused those points.
