Iowa Beat Writers

The end of divisions and the addition of a USC team that is on the verge of being a perennial title contender again is the worst thing that could happen to them.

Harbaugh at Michigan and Franklin staying at Penn State is going to make it tough sledding for Iowa. If Wisconsin, and Nebby turn it around and Illinois can keep it's trajectory things are going to get much harder for Iowa.

was this really said?

To the glee of many of us on here, me included, EIU may be in a tough spot over the next few years. After this season, the pillow soft B10 west schedule will be replaced with a much more difficult schedule of playing the better teams in the conference more often. Freerents will be 68 years old in August, how much longer is he going to milk the university out of millions of dollars a year, with his protector as the AD retiring this summer? His hope of passing the baton to his son is now dashed, while EIU has plenty of money to throw at a new coach, the odds are not good that they can make a great hire for the 3rd time in a row.
Their fan base has always been chippy to say the least, and if the loses start to mount up, it will be fun to sit back and watch them eat their own.

Well one of those is true.

The only thing worse than the claim about whatever trophy it is, is how Haydenism has led so many to fully believe, and repeat that kind of thing.

I've run into a couple gals from Madrid and asked about Quinny as his family manages the Flat Tire Bar in Madrid. They've both pretty much said, "OMG, the guy is out there and stuck on himself". Love how people call him out on twitter. He is like Grady...... as he is a d#ck too.

Good lord. Before I read what you typed I was trying to figure out why someone posted a picture of some Russian figure skater. The I saw the Grady thing and finally realized that's what they were talking about during the NBA draft.
